Some of us were listing to physician and author Vernon Coleman in 2019 when he was warning us about blood clots created by the Covid vaccine. Unfortunately some of us didn’t.
New research documents amyloid (abnormal) microclot formation in 100% of vaccinated study participants, according to supplementary data from a recent peer-reviewed publication.¹ The study’s demographic composition showed 94% of subjects had received COVID-19 vaccination, with every vaccinated individual testing positive for thrombin-resistant microclots.
The investigation identified microclots using Thioflavin-T staining, which specifically detects amyloid structures. All vaccinated participants exhibited these abnormal clotting formations regardless of health status.

Demographic Patterns and Diagnostic Questions
Here is why the supplementary data matters.
Out of 88 participants, 83 had received at least one COVID 19 vaccine dose. Supplementary Table S11 reported amyloid microclots in all vaccinated participants included in the dataset. This finding also appeared in subjects labeled as healthy controls.1
Participants diagnosed with Long COVID showed much higher microclot loads. The paper reported levels around twenty times higher than those seen in controls.1
How microclots were identified
The research team used Thioflavin T fluorescence microscopy to visualize fibrin structures resistant to normal breakdown. Prior studies describe this staining method as a way to detect amyloid like misfolded proteins within clot material.2
Concerns about abnormal clot structure and resistance to breakdown have appeared before the COVID era. British physician and author Vernon Coleman described fibrin abnormalities and thrombotic risk as recurring signals in vaccine safety debates, often dismissed before formal review began.3
Laboratory findings on spike protein and corroborating evidence
The study also included laboratory experiments using purified spike protein.1
Researchers added spike protein to healthy fibrinogen samples. The interaction produced amyloid microclots that matched those observed in patient plasma. These clots resisted breakdown during fibrinolysis testing.1
Cardiologist Peter A. McCullough, MD, writing with journalist John Leake, has argued that spike protein exposure deserves independent biological scrutiny when it persists outside acute infection. Their analysis calls for separating infection effects from exposure pathways during safety evaluation.5
Parallel observations from funeral industry professionals appear to corroborate these findings. A 2025 survey presented at the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association convention documented that 64% of embalmers reported encountering unusual white fibrous clots during procedures. These abnormalities were present in approximately 17% of all bodies examined.
Some warnings were already on the record years ago. Others chose not to listen. The data emerging now does not settle every question, but it does echo concerns raised long before these studies were published. What happens next depends on whether these findings are examined openly or set aside again.
